Position Summary:
The Manager, Store Technology leads in-store technology initiatives for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger retail stores. They understand day-to-day operational practices and focus on ways to drive efficiencies and profitability through technology improvements. The manager stays up to date with new technology available in the market, and reports opportunities to leadership. They develop all technology-related documentation, lead implementations, and manage hypercare. The manager works closely with Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger field teams, internal shared service partners, and external vendors.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):
  • Manages all in-store technology initiatives and projects.
  • Conducts in-store pilots and tests in lab stores.
  • Tracks and reports project progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Creates procedure content and direction related to in-store technology initiatives.
  • Leads cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration around technology improvements and implementations.
  • Meets with external vendors and attends retail tech conferences to stay current on technology trends.
  • Hosts meetings the field to prioritize technology opportunities.

Education
  • Bachelor Degree Required


Knowledge/Skills Required:
Must have experience in project management, leading tests and pilots, understanding and leading change management, and influencing others. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. This role requires a unique combination of technology expertise and experience in store operations.

Conducting an ROI analysis to implement RFID technology in retail stores.

Additional Information: This role requires approximately 30% domestic travel due to the need to asses, test, pilot and rollout new or updated technologies.

Pay Range: $95,150 - $128,700
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
