Position Summary:
The Manager, Process Efficiencies leads process improvement initiatives for stores. This role leverages industrial engineering and work measurement practices to conduct in-store diagnostic work, measure workload, analyze findings, and makes efficiency and innovation recommendations. The manager prioritize projects, facilitates cross-functional collaboration and assists with implementation and performance management of new processes and practices. The manager works closely with Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger field teams and internal shared service partners.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
  • Determines best practices and create process improvements in stores.
  • Manages in-store studies, tests/pilots and develop operational efficiencies.
  • Uses industrial engineering techniques to measure in-store processes.
  • Tracks / reports project progress and assess risk.
  • Analyzes and reports baseline vs. improvement productivity results.
  • Updates engineered labor standards for in-store activities.
  • Creates or updates standard operating procedures, content and direction.

  • 5-7 Years of related experience


Education:
  • Bachelor Degree Required


Knowledge/Skills Required:

Must have experience in industrial engineering (or work measurement) studies, project management skills. As well as experience in leading tests / pilots, understanding and leading change management. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required, with strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills are also required.

  • Industrial Engineering or work measurement experience preferred
  • Conducting an in-store study on the current replenishment process to determine opportunity, test and measure the success of the updated process, document and implement to all stores.


Additional Information: This role requires up to 40% domestic travel due to the need to asses, test, pilot and rollout new or updated processes.

Pay Range: $95,150 - $128,700
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
