POSITION SUMMARY:

The Ariba Systems Trainer will support the SAP Ariba system in the Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Spend Visibility modules. Paramount to this role is training of the user and suppler community, resolving issues and advocating for the use and expansion of the toolset. The ideal candidate will have some Ariba experience and possess strong communication skills to work with Ariba support and PVH internal teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Trainer Responsibilities


  • Lead internal Corporate and Retail Ariba trainings (live, virtual and recorded)


  • Develop training resources (training presentations, Quick Reference Guides, Frequently Asked Questions, etc.


  • Promote supplier adoption through delivering trainings, sharing best practices, and engaging suppliers to transact electronically through the SAP Business Network


  • Responsible for routine training communications and department webpage updates



Support Responsibilities


  • Assist users with Ariba system navigation, order placements and questions


  • Facilitate daily operational activities including clearing approval documents such as requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts


  • Point of contact for all internal stakeholder and supplier inquiries


  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs


  • Collaborate with cross functional teams


  • Analyze opportunities and develop strategies to increase system usage and adoption


  • Maintain supplier catalogs with procurement managers to ensure accurate products and pricing


  • Partner with the procurement organization on ad-hoc projects



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 1-3 years training experience required

Education: College Degree required

Skills:


  • Excellent written and oral communication


  • Confident public speaker


  • Attention to detail


  • Highly self-motivated


  • Knowledge of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
