Acne Studios is recruiting a Head of Brand & Product Marketing with the responsibilty for the brand and product marketing of Acne Studios. Working closely with the CMO and Director of Marketing Operations & Media, you will strategically map out a long-term marketing calendar ensuring the brand message is amplified in innovative and thoughtful ways to deliver long term brand vision and value proposition. You will report to the CMO/Director of Marketing Operations & Media. Expected start date is November 1st.
Deliver integrated marketing strategies that drive visibility and create impact of key product & brand themes.
Strategic planning of key brand and product moments/campaigns based on business and product priorities.
Partner with merchandising/design teams to develop marketing briefs and objectives for each campaign based on commercial goals, creative inspiration, and regional requirements. Align all marketing teams (PR, Media, Social, CRM, Regional Teams) behind the brief through kick off meetings and ongoing project tracking. Collaboration with merch on product deliveries to maximize MarComms impact on business.
Set goals and levers for each campaign (long term planning vs tactical short-term activations).
Partner with customer engagement team on audience targets and CRM analysis. Identify segments for recruitment and retention into Acne.
Develop weekly/seasonal/annual calendars summarizing key activations across platforms.
Work with all marketing channels to develop asset briefs and requirements for creative teams before shoots, map assets against seasonal calendar to ensure alignment and consistency on brand story.
We are looking for someone with experience in the field. You have genuine passion for luxury and fashion, and you have a deep understanding of marketing. We need you to be an experienced user in the Microsoft Office package and be fluent, spoken and written, in English. If you are bilingual, that is a plus. Your personality is outgoing, you adapt fast for growth and changes, and you have a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate have 7+ years experience within brand and product marketing.
