POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst will provide support for all the North American Planning and allocation Omni team(Stores & Ecomm) by providing reporting and analysis of business.

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing critical support to both Senior management and Divisional Planning for the elaboration of Brand Strategies that highly impact business results and will assist in cross-brands special projects. The Analyst is also responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal/external partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, maintain and produce accurate management---level standard reporting using Excel, Word and appropriate retail systems
  • Develop new spreadsheet-based tools for functional departments as requested by Management
  • Provide fact-based performance analysis across divisions/tiers/regions, both qualitative and quantitative, drawing conclusions and actionable recommendations, and leading implementation
  • Manage the pulling of business analysis, with data across divisions and draw relevant and action oriented conclusions, to be shared with Company's senior management
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on trends, insight on business. Have the ability to recognize business callouts and begin to effectively solve them without being prompt by management
  • Support planners with execution of promotions into SAP system and communication of promotions to the stores.
  • Participate in monitoring KPI's to identify and implement performance based improvements and new strategic initiatives


  • Assist in development of the Fiscal budgets by providing new analysis and recaps to support the budgets. Also will be managing the framework in setting up the annual budgets
  • Manage the monthly PVH management slides in PowerPoint for business in Company Stores
  • Manage daily sales plans based on latest re-estimate to communicate to stores for their budgets each month


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in FinanceRetail Planning
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • High Level of Retail Math Skills
  • Experience in presenting to senior management
  • Knowledge of planning and allocation functions (experience with JDA Enterprise Planning tool, Microstrategy tool, and SAP are preferred)
  • Ability to handle complex projects and problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Power point skills
  • Planning and Allocation Team, Merch Ops, Store Communications


  • Compiles historical information for Senior Management/Divisional Planning Leads in order to inform their budgetary decisions
  • Creates framework for the fiscal budgets by providing 1st pass with factual recaps supporting the framework
  • Makes strategic recommendations to Senior Management on how to positively impact business results
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required

Pay Range: $66,550 - $92,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
