POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Lead a group of stores team to deliver company target on sales, minimize store related expenses and maximize store level profit.
  • Assist Retail Manager to build a highly effective operations team delivering strong KPIs.
  • Maintain the best in class stores ambience and deliver high quality customer service with Tommy Hilfiger Omni customer journey.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Lead associates in hitting sales targets and observing sales budgets, stock & in-store expenses control.
  • Deliver retail store sales & profit according to company targets.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by driving CRM KPIs.
  • Co-ordinate shop meeting /briefings to communicate and update information.
  • Arrange/conduct just-in-time product training/information sessions.
  • Manage new store opening and closing.
  • Manage retail store operations with company policy and procedures.
  • Liaise and coordinate among various supporting functions including merchandising, logistics, finance and IT.
  • Motivate & recognize associates and enhance team value.
  • Uplift team morale and coaching to associates to company standards.
  • Identify emerging high flyers with company guideline and support on the growth of them.
  • Train and develop the respective high performing operations team and evaluate according to company standard.
  • Effectively delegate duties and responsibilities to assist team members.
  • Support Omni experience development and deliver O2O sales target.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience: Experience retail operations middle management
  • Education: F.7 or Bachelor Degree

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
