ROLE OVERVIEW

The Merchandiser, eCommerce will own various aspects of our website ranging from product placement to manual merchandising. This role will be critical to elevating website sales and establishing strategic relationships with almost every business unit within the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increase sales through product placement, content, and pricing
• Ensure pricing on our brand sites is accurate and promotional pricing is coordinated with internal teams
• Leverage all possible cross-selling techniques to increase our average order size
• Partner with other team members to view customer trends and behaviors, adjusting online content as necessary to conform to shopping patterns
• Engage with Studio Operations and our Graphic Designers on content leveraged on the shopping platform
• Ensure that the online site merchandising needs are met, leveraging necessary resources to deliver an unparalleled online experience
• Stay abreast of trends in eCommerce, and sharing this knowledge with team members across the Company

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of three years of experience in eCommerce
• eCommerce platform experience - Shopify preferred
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Accelerated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow-up on tasks without reminders
• BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
• English, additional language(s) an advantage
• Schedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
