ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Lead Broker Specialist, you will join an amazing group of professionals to bring the best that Fashion Nova has to offer to millions of followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and other platforms. You should be creative and driven in order to exceed our social media goals and objectives, while understanding our diverse audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Leadership to strategically identify talent for gifting, brand campaigns, and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
  • Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging social media|marketing|eCommerce technologies and research competitors and industry leaders in social media.
  • Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services, and vendors and provide recommendations
  • Manage influencer scouting and outreach, negotiation, and contracting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand
  • Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to make strategic decisions and improvements
  • Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up-to-date brand partnerships using influencer marketing platforms
  • Build strong relationships with talent, influencers, and agencies
  • Maintain effective communication with the team
  • Lead by example in all work-related activities, acting as a role model for the team and the brand

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations or Digital Strategy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in all social media platforms - Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etcetera
  • Engrained in digital marketing trends
  • Occasional travel
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
  • Events|experiential experience
  • Existing relationships with influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space
  • Organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities is required at all
  • BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage
  • Schedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
