The Director of Product Management will lead a high-impact, high-visibility product strategy across the Fashion Nova website and mobile app. You will partner with our Influencer, Studio, Marketing, and Buying|Merchandising teams and will build your team to drive product design and execution for our hyper growth, fast-fashion brand, focused on customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to deliver technology solutions that align to our strategies, while enabling efficiency, scalability, and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation.

  • Accountable for defining and leading the consumer product experience (WEBSITE & APP) and internal product strategy, vision, & feature roadmaps|timeline by leveraging data collected via KPIs and experiments, and leading transformation across the organization
  • Drive the execution for all stages of the product life cycle, including post-launch iteration
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers and UI|UX Designers to deliver against the ambitious product portfolio of services and projects for Fashion Nova and our customers
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, technical peers, and executive-level relationships
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Merchandising, and others on development and release of products and features
  • Deep online analysis into emerging trends, actionable-insights, and recommendations for new business opportunities online
  • Assist Global markets with analysis/consolidation of CRM campaigns using reporting tools to measure success and ROI
  • Succinctly and clearly summarize & communicate results|learnings to optimize future campaigns
  • Monitor and regularly issue CRM|Analytic Dashboards and reporting
  • Gather key online data, interpret data into key insights and make actionable recommendations to drive customer conversion, retention, and acquisition
  • Once insights and opportunities are identified, create project plans in coordination with eCommerce leads, link financial or business impact, prioritize and own execution of plans
  • Identify ongoing roadblocks in customer conversion, retention, or customer satisfaction, provide improvement recommendations that support the Company's strategic roadmap of customer cultivation
  • Create presentations|data analysis|CRM Dashboards for senior management which clearly communicate insights, actions, project statuses and deliverables
  • Serve as main point of contact and data expert for the Company regarding customer data related to brand strategy, innovation, and key campaigns
  • Partner with corporate marketing team to track customer behavior and lifecycle with the brand; use learnings to develop communication strategies to maximize engagement and loyalty
  • Use CMS dashboard to draw insight into Fashion Nova data: cross channel purchase patterns, SKU purchasing preference, geographical analysis, etcetera
  • Use campaign history and other consumer insight to create appropriate segments for targeting and analysis
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive global consumer calendar to orchestrate all planned CRM programs and activities
  • Place our Fashion Nova customers first

  • Eight plus years of Product Management experience, preferably in eCommerce
  • Envision innovative digital products to market from a consumer-driven perspective
  • Experience with user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement
  • Experience attracting, building, and developing successful Product team(s)
  • Experience managing a portfolio of services, including large-scale enterprise applications
  • Direct experience with eCommerce platforms, conversion rate optimization, user research, A|B testing, web and native mobile application environments, and data analytics
  • Experience with agile software development and managing full SDLC
  • Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and stay current with new technologies
  • Ability to lead technology transformation across large groups of stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to senior leaders
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, preferred, MBA a plus, or equivalent work experience
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage
