The Director, Growth Marketing will bring full stack growth capability to drive repeatable and scalable results across all digital marketing channels. You will spearhead both strategy and execution; overseeing Fashion Nova's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods and channels. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams to bridge collaborations and implement united strategy.

  • Responsible for end-to-end performance marketing strategy across the full stack of marketing; paid (SEARCH, DISPLAY, PRINT, ETC.) SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, etcetera
  • Optimize the digital strategy including full-funnel performance
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
  • Collaborate with Data Science to develop tooling, automation, and new measurement methodologies, improve measurement rigor, and optimize performance
  • Oversee Media-buying and Media-buying vendor(s) on behalf of Fashion Nova
  • Identify opportunities across acquisition and retention to improve ROAS, conversion and audience expansion
  • Manage budgeting process, including forecasting and ROI assessments
  • Oversee performance tracking and calibration daily to drive decision-making around budget allocations and forecasts
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance: e.g. Creative, Data, Digital Product, etcetera
  • Stay current on acquisition marketing strategies, best practices, competitive landscape, and ecosystem

  • Five plus years of experience in eCommerce and advertising performance marketing
  • Five plus years of experience in DTC environment
  • Analytical skills, including experience with quantitative test design, audience segmentation, tracking, and interpreting results
  • Experience with social channels, including emerging platforms: e.g. IG, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, etcetera
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the overall picture and challenge the traditional path
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices
  • Solid understanding of testing approaches including A|B tests as well as incrementally tests
  • Experience in holistic growth planning - research, forecasting, planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation across acquisition and retention
  • BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage
