The Position:

In this role you will make sure that our customers' journey is easy, seamless and effective in helping them find the right product or the right content by designing an optimal User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Doing explorations and iterate on current designs, create new user flows and prototypes to move product features from concept to final implementation.
  
• Working closely with the CX team in order to design a beautiful and consistent product.
  
• Driving innovation and implement valuable design solutions to the e-commerce platform based on data-driven insights, business, and customer feedback.
  
• Part of one of our product teams, where you will work with CRO specialists, developers, engineers and product owners.
  
• Collaborating and presenting across the organisation with other e-commerce stakeholders such as Merchandising, CRM and Marketing.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

A proactive designer taking the initiative to collect data and feedback from users and internal stakeholders, in order to come to a cutting edge design. You are able to substantiate your designs and the underlying ideas and present this in a clear way. Naturally, you are up to date with the latest trends in the area of web and product design, and love to continuously develop yourself.

In addition:

• Excellent user centric design skills with 3-5 years of working experience as a designer, and a portfolio to prove it.
  
• Works collaboratively within a team of engineers, product owners and other designers, as well as being self-led.
  
• Highly skilled with digital design and prototyping applications (Figma / Sketch, knowledge of Axure RP and other prototyping or user test tools is a plus).
  
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge and affinity to the fashion industry is an advantage.
