JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for Product Development Critical Path KPI tracking and Governance, working with Product Development teams, Merchandising, Planning teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns Product Development KPI framework for Critical Path management across Business Units
  • Leads continuous tracking of the KPIs, including the design and creation of data capture sheets and associated dashboards
  • Closely partners with the PD leads across the Business Units to regularly collect data from across the teams
  • Drives regular KPI reporting to Product and Finance leadership
  • Runs data analysis of the Critical Path KPIs to generate actionable insight for leadership
  • Chairs Critical Path Governance forum with Product and Finance Leadership to review Critical Path status and drive decision making at key stage gates
  • Uses Critical Path Dashboard to escalate insights for Heads of Business Units, CFO and CEO


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Senior stakeholder management skills (day to day contact with PD Directors; regular contact with Heads of Business Units)
  • Analytical skills essential: excel essential; tableu helpful
  • Presentation skills essential (must be highly competent on Powerpoint or Keynote)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Sound judgement and analytical mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
