Éliou is looking for an experienced and performance driven Wholesale Account Executive to lead our young and rapidly growing brand. The role will require both prior sales experience and wholesale management skills, switching between new store outreach, market week planning, scheduling, and compiling sales reports.

This candidate must be ambitious, well organized and have a fervent desire for growth. We are looking for an energetic team member who can deliver fresh ideas in a fast-paced ever evolving environment with goals of exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.

The Wholesale Account Executive will report to the founders directly, and work alongside members of the entire éliou team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage current specialty and department store business
  • Day to day account management including analyzing sell thru reports, sending order confirmations, issuing RTVs when needed, submitting material composition sheets, creating, and ordering barcode labels, etc.
  • Exceed sales goals through seasonal orders and reorders
  • Build and manage list of prospects to open new business
  • Responsible for making in person and virtual market appointments
  • Generate sales reports post market selling for all 4 collections yearly
  • Order entry and processing.
  • Knowledge in AIMS360 and Quickbooks a plus
  • Shipping process, invoicing & accounts receivables
  • Department store chargeback disputes
  • Coordinating samples for online shots and sending to accounts

  • +3 years’ experience within a sales and wholesale management role
  • Competent in Quick Books, and AIMS360
  • Proactive approach and capacity to work independently while remaining an excellent collaborator.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to priorities tasks in an effective way
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Sales, contemporary culture fashion and film
  • Quick learner and confident communicator
  • Competent use of Adobe programs
