POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist Retail Production Operations team with all aspects of the supply chain for North America Retail apparel/accessories business channel. Daily communication with PVH HUB Operations and Control team who will track the timing of inventory from the buy pass to the in stock dates. PVH HUB teams will coordinate all risks and opportunities to ensure on time delivery. USA Operations acts as the liaison between the business channel, supply planning, and logistics. Providing on time delivery information, air analysis and follow up on chase inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with PVH HUB Supply Operations and Control teams to track major milestone dates for Retail/E-com business channel
  • In collaboration with India Control and Supply Operations, weekly analysis of deliveries by vendor
  • Critical Issues management in Sharepoint
  • Support Retail Production Operations team in preparation for weekly CFT Shipment meetings with Retail business channel
  • Work with PVH HUB operations team to ensure timely and accurate PO issuance
  • Support monthly buy consolidation intake process


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2yrs experience apparel production/supply chain operations. SAP and analytics experience a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree


Skills:
  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow through skills
  • Knowledge of time and action calendars
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong PC Skills (MS Office, including Excel)
  • Ability to learn custom computer system

Pay Range: $44,500 - $65,000
