JOB PURPOSE
Working as part of the Events Production team at Burberry, an exciting area of the business, responsible for the production delivery of all fashion shows, events, and experiences.
Reporting to the Senior Producer your role is to support and assist the team to deliver a wide range of innovative and creative projects mixing physical, digital, and graphic based requirements for client and brand focused experiences.
Fitting within the wider creative and marketing team, the position relies on a confident innovative production assistant with an understanding of the experience production industry ideally within the Luxury goods or Fashion market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and assist the team throughout the production process for all projects across fashion shows, live events, and guideline projects
Project Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with projects as required by the team, throughout the regions
- Working closely with in-house teams, primarily Events Marketing, Experience Art Direction and Project Management
- Producing project decks and documents with event overviews, floor plans, and schedules and communicating these to all relevant teams as required
- Liaising with external production partners, supporting coordination of crews, key suppliers, event space staff and internal departments to ensure production set-ups, builds and de-rigs are executed to plan
- Managing the payment process via raising purchase orders and submitting supplier invoices
- Supporting onsite at live events in various roles
General Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Events calendar and critical path timelines for Production
- Manage and maintain all event materials and fixtures
- Assist preparing registration documents for new suppliers
- Shipping and logistics
- Building key relationships throughout the company as well as with external production partners to support the successful delivery of projects
- Seek out new event and production opportunities via research and industry knowledge
PERSONAL PROFILE
Minimum of 2 year's experience working in production or events within the fashion / luxury goods industry
Able to work under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
Extremely organised, methodical and pro-active, with strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas
