Impact Intern (F/M/D)

6 months internship, based in Paris

About the role
The Sustainability & Inclusion team drives Vestiaire Collective's ambition to become the sustainable leader among worldwide e-commerce marketplaces for responsible consumption. As part of the team, and reporting to the Sustainability Project Manager, your role will be to support this ambition.

What you will do

• Participate in the development, implementation and awareness of our sustainability roadmap
• Contribute to different ongoing operational projects (charities engagement, corporate platform to communicate on sustainability, gender equality index, climate strategy roll out, annual impact reporting including new BCorp standards, marketing and consumer studies, responsible purchasing policy, ...)
• Support internal animation & communication on Impact topics across all offices globally
• Support the Diversity Equity and Inclusion task forces work
• Support the Sustainability & Inclusion team on various punctual tasks (presentations, wordings, research, brainstorming, interviews and event preparation...)
• Keep the team up to date on hot topics, news and legislative agenda in the fashion, tech, logistics industries

Who you are

• Curious and passionate about Sustainability, with a good general understanding of its related concepts (circular economy, climate change, CSR...)
• A people-person with good communication skills (written and oral), who enjoys team work!
• Strong organization skills, flexibility & proactiveness
• Good analytical and synthesis capacities
• Fluent in both French and English
• Good command of Pack Office tools (GSuite)
• Appetite for data & coding is a plus (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau)
  
• You are currently a student enrolled in a Business or Engineering school or University
