Our Wholesale department has significantly grown over the past several years and we are now looking for an energetic individual with great customer service, great attention to detail and a great attitude to join Bluebella’s wholesale team. 


Key Objectives 

To deal with all aspects of your own portfolio of wholesale customer accounts, taking the order from data entry to delivery within this fast-paced exciting lingerie brand selling globally. 

To provide data accuracy, ensure fabulous customer service for all Trade Accounts and assist in providing reporting and analysis for other departments such as but not limited to Finance, Sales and Merchandising. 


Role & Responsibilities 

Setting up new wholesale customers taking in consideration customer specific compliance, tax, and delivery terms. 

Entering replenishment and seasonal pre-orders into the system ensuring there is enough stock available, and deliveries will be made on time. 

Reallocating stock where needed to prioritise deliveries. 

Sending pro forma invoices and liaising with the finance team regarding wholesale payments. 

Creating return authorisations and discount codes. 

Fulfilling sales orders to the warehouse when stock is ready and applying for any necessary documents needed such as certificate of origins and testified commercial invoices or packing lists. 

Ordering labels for applicable wholesale customers and ensuring all are checked and received in a timely manner. 

Sharing product information and imagery to wholesale customers for both continuity and seasonal fashion styles. 

Updating cross data on EDI platforms and where necessary sending ASNs and creating carton labels. 

Assist with the onboarding of customers using the B2B Bluebella Trade website, including providing log in details and training on how it works. 

Updating the Store Locator on bluebella.com to include all stockists. 

Deal with all customer queries allocated to yourself in a timely manner via email or telephone. 

Liaise regularly with the sales team to communicate or escalate issues with stock, delivery dates or cancelled orders etc. 

Liaise regularly with the warehouse team on progress of orders, tracking numbers and labels. 

Creating despatch and fulfilment reports for the wholesale team to track actions needed on orders. 

Assist with regular reporting and analysis of trade sales. 

Assist in reviewing systems and reporting, to constantly improve efficiency and service levels. 


Skills & Experience 

Excellent time management and attention to detail 

Strong analytical & numerical skills 

Experienced Microsoft excel user - confident with formulas and functions used in including vlookups & pivot tables 

Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications 

Strong customer service experience 

Great at working in a fast-paced environment and to multiple tight deadlines 

Prior experience of working with Wholesale customers is desirable 

Existing knowledge of NetSuite would be great
