POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Store Communications is responsible for managing the daily communication between the field and the corporate office. This role focuses on the management of communication platforms and the annual recognition program to drive operational excellence and associate engagement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Store Communications:
  • Creates/edits/monitors communication to the field organization.
  • Manages the store intranet and task management:
    • Posts communication and update site content.
    • Partners with the vendor to implement new features and functionalities.
    • Manages user licenses and platform issue resolution.
  • Owns PVH Insider App strategies and campaigns.
    • Creates weekly/monthly content strategies.
    • Monitors user posts and escalate concerns.
    • Researches app best practices and new functionalities.
  • Leads cross-functional meetings and advise on field workload levels through utilization of the Workload Calendar to recommend communication timeframes, workload capacity, and execution.
  • Develops videos and content to promote recognition, training and operational procedures.
  • Manages all field annual recognition programs.
  • Acts as a point of contact to the Operations Team; monitor and respond to incoming questions regarding tasks and communication.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 3 - 5 years of communications experience required

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Skills:
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Intranet design and task management experience required
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop experience preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • In-store experience preferred

Pay Range: $86,500 - $117,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
