The Assistant Manager, Treasury will provide analytic, operations and technology support in the strategic management of the Company's financial assets. The individual in this position has extensive and direct interaction with Finance colleagues in all Company operations. They will be responsible for oversight of daily cash positioning, Fed wire payments, FX hedging execution and reporting, debt compliance monitoring, cash reporting, banking updates, retail store support, preparation of CFO/LVMH reporting and leadership role in various global initiatives. The position will require phenomenal interpersonal and leadership skills and work on various cross-functional teams representing the Treasury team on global initiatives!
Location: This position is in-person at our office in Parsippany, NJ with a hybrid schedule.

Key Accountabilities:
- Cash Operations: work on daily cash position and funding wires, funding dividends and foreign exchange settlement transactions.
- Foreign Exchange execution and reporting.
- Provide monthly close support and reporting to LVMH Group
- Participate in department, division and company-wide projects.
- Accounting and Reporting Support - reporting schedules as the need arises to be used by the Accounting and Reporting department.
- Bank Account Administration - Assist with opening and closing bank accounts and signatory changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Proven 3-5 years experience in Treasury
- Previous experience with foreign exchange execution
- Previous global exposure
- Proficient with technology with knowledge of Microsoft Office and JD Edwards
- Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
- Effective in written and verbal communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 360T and Chatham Financial
- Certified Treasury Professional certification
- Proven understanding of Accounting principles
