To complete our Brand Voice teamwithin the Global Marketing Department, we are looking for a Content Manager Brand Voice (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Manage and maintain close relationship with the agencies (translation & product copy), external copywriters and editors, internal teams and country colleagues: workflow, queries, quarterly collection presentations in Metzingen, country workshops
• Being the contact person to IT department regarding the smooth running of all relevant tools (PCM; Global Link, JIRA,etc.) testing all new releases and proactively seeking to optimise the system
• Write BCDs as needed for new releases
• Work with all internal interfaces to optimise the translation & product copywriting workflow and ensure timely go-live of all content
• Track translation & product copy production in line with defined KPIs; create and share detailed reporting with internal interfaces to improve performance and collaboration
• Collaborate closely with team interfaces, particularly translation managers, sub editor and intern, to ensure a high-quality and smooth-running translation & product copy production in all languages
• Maintenance of Content Input Lists for translation archives and for GPCM, maintaining specials for Image and Text team, plus addition of new attributes and values as requested by Brand/Creative teams
• Project manage the pre-flight and translation delivery of new language versions of hugoboss.com

Your profile:

• Degree in translation, project management or a related subject
• Two years' experience in a similar project management role
• Proven ability to manage processes and workflows
• Very strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English, other languages a significant advantage
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit
• Demonstrable passion for languages (ideally multilingual)
