Position Overview:

The Manager, Global Marketing will lead the 360-initiative development of Tiffany's key jewelry categories, working to drive strong desirability for the brand and deliver business results. Collaborating closely with key cross-functional partners and channel owners, the Manager will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and implementation of initiatives across Fine Jewelry (ex: Tiffany Lock, Tiffany T) and Silver Jewelry (ex: Return to Tiffany). Initiatives may range from go-to-market launches, evergreen communication strategies, packaging design, and more. This role will report into the Director, Global Marketing.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Leading the development, execution, and analysis of strategic initiatives across the Fine and Silver Jewelry categories
    • Overseeing initiatives from 360 brief generation through to the development of their global asset toolkits
    • Serving as competitive landscape expert, sharing observations and insights with team leadership as needed
  • Owning ad-hoc reporting requests including (but not limited to) campaign content performance, client analytics deep dives, and consumer research support such as ad testing
    • Leveraging these cross-channel insights to deliver a cohesive, full-funnel client journey across paid, owned and earned channels to deliver on brand building and commercial goals
  • Owning initiative budgets for all projects, facilitating regular check ins with Marketing Production, Global Creative and Finance as needed
  • Owning cross-functional partnerships with teams including (but not limited to) Consumer Insights, Category Merchandising, Procurement, Retail Learning & Communications, and Internal Communications to plan and implement marketing strategies
  • Developing subject matter expertise on the China market and serving as a key liaison, balancing Global Brand strategic priorities with local nuances
  • Partnering with Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment across centrally defined marketing initiatives and investments for the brand
  • Partnering monthly with Director on development of executive and LVMH-facing presentation slides
  • Mentoring and develop a high-performing team that can work across multiple departments with ease and ensure on-time and on-cost delivery of all marketing initiatives within purview

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in Global Marketing including a role in Brand Management.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and liaise across teams, with varying levels of management, in a global organization including Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Global Creative, Global PR, Global CVM, Global Omnichannel & Digital, Global/Category Merchandising, Global Procurement, Global Learning & Development, and more
  • Hands-on, results-driven, positive mentality complemented by ability to be agile, prioritize and multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities with experience analyzing data and insights
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates cultural awareness and understanding of regional differences with the flexibility to work with international time zones

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Appreciation and understanding of luxury, retail, culture, style, and design
  • Experience working with Asian markets, especially China
  • Managing direct report(s)

The hiring range for this position ranges from $103,955 - $146,760. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon
candidates' relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
