Overview :

In partnership with Americas Visual Merchandising Director and regional VM teams, maintain and implement visual standards across Tiffany & Co. Americas to ensure an on-brand and consistent client journey throughout the retail network. Ensure Tiffany & Co. visual standards represented across store merchandising, product launches, events, special animations, and store openings. Assist in the creative effort, specifically spearheading budgeting and production, to imbue in-store experience with innovation and animation supporting larger zone sales objectives as well as strategic ambitions.

Key Accountabilities:

Retail Support
  • Spearhead and maintain communication tools to support Americas VM Director in communicating VM strategies, updates and directives to regional VM teams for dissemination and implementation across retail network
  • In-store presence to ensure VM guidelines adherence and consistency across both seasonal campaign and new product launches
  • On-site event support to execute both installation and breakdown phases
  • Support regional VM teams with pop-in/up, event and animation execution as needed
  • Organize weekly Americas VM status meetings with a detailed project tracker to call out potential risks and next steps to ensure all projects remain on time

Business Responsibilities
  • Own annual budget planning across all VM animations and functions
  • Monitor, analyze and forecast department budget to coincide with strategic plan and budget line items
  • Create VM reports and send to NY head-office VM team following installation
  • Order props, materials, and designs to meet zone needs and monitor inventory levels
  • Strong budget management - create vendor POs and corresponding Excel files to track expenditures
  • Oversee production details and quality control for approved projects with corresponding retro-calendars to ensure timely and organized deliveries
  • Own organizational and logistical details as it pertains to deliveries and installations across Americas VM initiatives in-store (windows, pop-ins, florals etc.)

Creative Input
  • Partner VM Director to ensure designs maintain design integrity while cognizant of competitive costs
  • Collaborate with VM Director to conceptualize, draft, and present new ideas for Americas VM projects (in store animation, pop-in/up, events etc.)
  • Draft, negotiate and approve all design contracts for vendor partnerships
  • Stay up to date with latest industry news and trends
  • Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across VM functions
  • Work with the zone Client team to support event design/set-up


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, styling, events, or related areas - preferably a luxury retail setting
  • Experience in budget management and strong business acumen
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas through 2D drawings and 3D renderings
  • Partnership with both global organization and regional teams as well as outside vendors
  • Proven ability to spearhead all operational and administrative aspects of VM
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • Ability to travel globally
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and costs
  • Proficient in Adobe illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-up or comparable and Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of jewelry and jewelry display a plus


The hiring range for this position ranges from $103,955 - $146,760. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
