General Summary:

As a performance marketing supervisor, you will be applying marketing skillsets and experience to deliver major objectives, such as traffic acquisition goals to fulfill business, monitor performance ads effectiveness and efficiency, innovate with audience segmentations and clienteling marketing assets, equipped with solid RTB and algorism-based bidding knowledges.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, manage and report performance EC campaigns on digital channels, mainly on Tencent, WeChat, Baidu, Programmatic platforms and Jingzhuntong
  • Led agencies' performance team to implement media strategies & plans at regular basis, not limited to audience segmentation, bidding methods, assets MR, key pushes, branding campaign synergy, landing page experience and budget allocation
  • Be the main contact of both in-house campaign content and local shooting projects, manage content brief, deliver, consolidation and dissemination
  • Support marketing IP collaboration with EC operation and branding team and execution with marketplace platform
  • Collaborate with EC operation team to leverage traffic acquisition resources across platforms (WeChat MiniP, .CN, JD) to improve effectiveness on investment
  • Collaborate with Branding marketing team as the conversion part of major campaigns
  • Periodically media budget planning with sales planning and finance team, astute and consistent budget adjustment also expected
  • Build use case or explore new initiatives through data insights and new media products to gain incremental business objectives by leveraging Tencent, Jingzhuntong and JD shufang data tools


Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree, in a business, advertising, data related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years highly proven experience in performance media management either in-house or with leading agencies
  • Proven know-how of E-Commerce paid media from strategy to tactical level
  • Experience with luxury industry is highly preferred
  • Luxury clienteling mindset is highly preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
