Your Opportunity

As Consolidated Accounts Specialist you report to Consolidated Accounts Manager support the team ensuring a strong financial controls environment and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory requirements.
You are a young professional, with strong data analysis and communication skills, experience working with cross-functional groups and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

How Will You Contribute

As a team member, you oversee:
  • Analysis of the Control System
  • Internal and compliance with SOX regulations
  • Participation in the audit of the separate and consolidated financial statements (prepared according to IFRS principles)
  • Verification of the contents of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Notes to the Financial Statements to support the consolidation process
  • Deviation analysis and reporting activities for consolidated accounts and components
  • Support to the components finance teams in term of IFRS principles and SOX regulations
Who You Are

You are a professional wih Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2/3 years of relevant experience in Accounting for a medium/large structured entity/Group
You have:
  • Knowledge of SOX/262 internal controls over financial reporting and IFRS and Internal Controls testing;
  • Financial acumen, ability to perform complex data analysis;
  • Good communication skills, used to work in team;
  • Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP BPC is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO-RE) is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, willing to travel
