THE ROLE 

Reporting to the brand’s Head of Sales and CEO, you will build meaningful relationships with boutiques, department stores and e-commerce retailers at all levels, working with the wider commercial team internationally. You will manage and increase the sales and operational performance of our global retail partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will engage and maintain the existing accounts’ purchasing activity season on season and generate new potential business;
  • Seek and maintain knowledge on each account’s status to assess full potential and further growth opportunities;
  • You will analyze each account’s Buy In vs Sell-Through and prepare a call-to-action plan to increase this number (e.g. social media push, exclusive capsules, in-store installations etc.)
  • Negotiate and plan markdowns with accounts and ensure adherence to promotional activities;
  • Organize product trainings both in-store and video calls;
  • Schedule, take and follow up sales appointments during market (e.g. Milan Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, Trade Shows etc.).

WHO YOU ARE

  • A professional with more than 1 year commercial sales experience, ideally from a wholesale environment – fashion and luxury contact is mandatory;
  • Experienced in roles where there's a need to connect and relate with the different players of the business;
  • Experienced with sales/negotiation techniques combined with analytics perspective; Excellent in prioritization and timing;
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivots) and use of data tools to obtain and assess analytics;
  • Fluent in Italian and English - mandatory;
  • With International work experiences (preferably).
