Senior Director, Consumer Solution Architect, PVH Asia Pacific

POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of Enterprise Architecture, this leader oversees and aligns the Asia Pacific and Global Consumer architecture strategy and drives next-gen, flexible architecture enabling "Channel-Less", end-to-end business capabilities. In this role, you act as an integrated member of TPG regional and global teams to co-create the technology strategy, roadmap and vision for PVH's Consumer landscape.

You serve as a "trusted advisor" to TPG and business leaders on architecture, planning, and innovation

• Own the strategic portfolio, oversee its governance, envision a roadmap and invite adoption through cross-functional teams
• Challenge the status quo while being realistic about the "art of the possible"
• Drive a technology estate focused on simplicity, adaptability, scalability, reliability and security
• Facilitate design thinking sessions to drive decisions and actions on strategic architecture topics
• Serve as an escalation point for complex functional and technical issues

You provide Architecture leadership and oversight for core business capabilities

• Channel Management (e.g. Digital, Retail Stores, B2B/DTC, Payments, Sales Audit)
• Consumer Engagement (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service, Loyalty, Promotions, Personalization, Consumer Data Management)
• Cross-Channel (e.g. Order Management, Product Information Management, Pricing)

You link and integrate the Architecture collaborating with architects of enabling business capabilities

• Supply Chain/Product/Merchandising (e.g. Development, Planning, Inventory, Distribution)
• Corporate (Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, IT Security, Infrastructure)
• Master Data/Content (e.g. Consumer, Product, Workforce, Digital Asset Management)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Plan and elevate the APAC Consumer landscape architecture laying out target and transition states

• Develop and evolve the end-to-end capability architecture, data flows, and reference architectures in partnership with regional and global stakeholders
• Drive and manage the architecture roadmap and integrate with project/product roadmaps

• Research and develop architecture proposals for emerging technology & innovation value cases
• Recommend tools and vendors suitable for PVH business and obtain senior leadership buy-in

You are a change agent enabling programs and projects through agile architecture

• Co-create the business architecture associated with capability/solution architecture
• Translate capability architecture into high-level architecture deliverables for planning initiatives
• Decompose high-level architecture to logical architecture that will guide implementation teams
• Partner with program managers to incorporate architecture findings into scope and RAID logs
• Collaborate with product/engineering on PI planning and lead solution review process

Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies and pressure test innovation value cases

• Research and develop EA Point of Views on emerging technologies and potential value cases
• Conduct POCs, feasibility analysis, vendor assessments with stakeholders and external parties
• Guide the evaluation and selection process of emerging vendors and technology solutions

Support Enterprise Architects in defining the overall IT strategy and roadmap

• Provide the end-to-end view on how all components fit together
• Challenge the status quo while being realistic about the "art of the possible"
• Identify opportunities to standardize the technology landscape for improved efficiency
