A Day in The Life of a BUYING, PLANNING and MERCHANDISING Intern

Our teams invite our interns to get deep learning and experience of the drive for merchandise planning strategies, build ranges and collections, buys, and produces collections for outlet and special capsules for full price. How the team manages the order books and logistics, in-season management, and drives strategies to evolve an omni-channel consumer journey.

  • Get the chance to express your interest in fashion combined with your analytical skills
  • Understand what information is taken from various teams to incorporate into planning consumer insights, market trends and commercial opportunities
  • Learn how to analyse the pre-season planning and in-season management from stores, stores-in-stores, e-commerce, and our other sales outlets
  • Learn to analyse sales business results with the team in preparation for future season ranges and buying plan
  • See how the accuracy of data entry and assembly of report and files for selling recaps, buying plans and communication of information affects all teams
  • Up skill by learning what goes into the preparation of, or creating, necessary digital design decks, boards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Be mentored by your team learning how to consolidate orders for all markets
  • Consolidate your knowledge of MS Office with Excel and PowerPoint

Must Haves

  • Eligible to work within the EU
  • Must be enrolled in full time continuing education for the entire internship
  • Available from 01 Feb 2023 for a 6-month, full time program
