Our Milan-based brand is looking for a passionate Global Wholesale Director to join our fast-growing team to manage and develop wholesale accounts globally.

As the Global Wholesale Director you will have a strong working knowledge of luxury accounts and develop and implement innovative sales and distribution strategies with the objective to grow the wholesale revenue.


  • Development and execution of a sustainable global wholesale strategy and forecast economic targets.
  • Individuate key global retailers in line with the Brand.
  • Planning and execution of seasonal sales campaigns in Milan and Paris.
  • Assist in the development of in pricing and range planning strategies.
  • Achieve the order deadlines and secure precise order confirmations and communications to clients.
  • Negotiate payment terms and liaise with the Finance Team to achieve financial goals.
  • Develop a strong relationship with clients and grow the business organically yearly.
  • Work closely with the PR and Marketing Team to develop strategies to secure a strong support to clients.
  • Produce training packs, organise store visits and in-store trainings.
  • Liaise with the finance and logistics teams to share the order status to clients and secure a great delivery.
  • Analyse the current market and provide insight to the teams.
  • Monitor and analyse sell-through reports to individuate areas of growth and consumer trends.
  • Develop of a unified sell-through reports and provide feedback on the retail performance.
  • Monitor the accounts performance and act proactively with the clients to reach sell-through targets every season.


  • 6+ years experience of fashion wholesale in the luxury markets.
  • Positive, problem-solving, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • A team player and a leader spirit.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advance planning and management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentations skills.
  • Advance skills in JOOR and Microsoft Suite – particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent command in English
