Job Details
JOB PURPOSE
The Miu Miu Projects Business Analyst will be part of a creative and international work environment and will collaborate directly with the Brand General Manager overseeing strategic and operational projects working closely with executives and company key stakeholders.
She/ he will be in charge of monitoring all activities with a cross-functional approach and of providing reports and analysis to support strategic decisions and operational projects, according to business needs. She/he will proactively present key findings and business insights and will ensure the timely rollout of all key projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares analysis and documents for key strategic and operational meetings, draws minutes and make sure actions plans are properly executed across functions
• Prepares analysis and reports to support the General Manager in monitoring WW Miu Miu business results, anticipating, when possible, business evolution and highlights untapped business opportunities
• Defines timelines of key projects and ensures the follow-up of business activities and action plans as defined by the General Manager
• Ensures timely and effective projects roll-out and draws up, when required, documents and reports on projects progress, facilitating cross-functional communication
• Effectively interacts with key stakeholders to make sure key business deadlines are met
• Verifies sales analysis and management reporting, and creates ad hoc and recurring analysis, interpreting results and identifying potential recommendations
• Analyses markets business reviews, highlighting key findings and proactively shares best practices
• Collects and examines requests, documentation and reports, received by the General Manager from other company departments
• Provides to the General Manager all the required documentation for conventions, meetings, trips to subsidiaries
• Support the General Manager in any other key project and ad-hoc assignment
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role or in a major consulting firm
Proficiency with Excel and Power Point
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude
Interest and curiosity in Fashion & Luxury field
Highly analytical and detailed oriented
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
