We are an American luxury brand known for beautiful, timeless pieces and rich storytelling that evokes optimism and joy. Tory is a fashion designer who draws inspiration from her parents' effortless style, the worlds of travel, art and interiors, and women globally. The collections include ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home and beauty. Empowering women is the company's guiding principle, underpinning the design philosophy and company culture, and driving the work of the Tory Burch Foundation.

You are seeking a work environment where people are encouraged to dream, explore, discover and, as important, laugh together. If you're prepared to work hard, create impact, and have fun while doing it, we would love to have you join #TeamTory. Apply today!

You are passionate about implementing business-relevant solutions, iterating along the way and being an active advocate for reducing impact and driving change. You're curious about discovering creative and innovative ways of working and are determined to make a difference.

A Day in the Life:

To Land This Role:

  • Working knowledge of sustainable/traceability industry practices, certification standards, and chain-of-custody requirements in fiber, leather, and other materials
  • Concrete project management experience across complex organization, implementing software and systems
  • Process oriented, strong analytical skills, and adept at making recommendations that can be adopted as part of existing design, development, and business process.
  • Creative problem solver, able to innovate, bring creative solutions, and effectively collaborate with business units and cross-functional partners
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling manner, leverage storytelling, and give clear direction in order to drive action
  • Experience in key relevant environmental, social and governance issues as it relates to supply chain sustainability/traceability strategies
  • Degree in an Environmental or closely related field, Sourcing background, and/or experience evaluating LCAs a plus

Why You'll Want to Join Our Team:
The Sustainability Team is a dedicated group of experts committed to building and managing a product-centered and business-driven sustainability strategy. Our focus is on promoting the use of sustainable materials, partnering with responsible suppliers and supporting our internal and external teams as we all look to reduce our environmental impact.
