Position Overview
To develop and manage the creative process/direction to ensure the Ralph Lauren lifestyle and visual aesthetic is consistent and on brand. This role will be the creative lead to support Marketing, PR, and Sales activations, installations, and or windows in our wholesale market venues. Additionally, in partnership with the both the VP and Creative Managers, this role will be the key lead to develop, track, procure and support, the creative layer for, but not limited to, the key flagship doors. This role will be a central source for monitoring the decorative layer standard across the wholesale fleet.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To develop and manage the creative process/direction to ensure the Ralph Lauren lifestyle and visual aesthetic is consistent and on brand. This role will be the creative lead to support Marketing, PR, and Sales activations, installations, and or windows in our wholesale market venues. Additionally, in partnership with the both the VP and Creative Managers, this role will be the key lead to develop, track, procure and support, the creative layer for, but not limited to, the key flagship doors. This role will be a central source for monitoring the decorative layer standard across the wholesale fleet. Key Responsibilities To Manage coordinators, support the needs of Creative Managers and overall creative direction from the VP. Conduct bi-weekly generals with the VP, regular touch base with the creative management team and-or brand managers in the wholesale fleet or market specific flagships. Meet seasonally to discuss PR/Marketing events, and shop opening/renovations with all creative partners. Collaborate with the Creative Managers to synchronize and support seasonal decorative layers. Leading partner in prop or resource procurement, budget and tracking, and logistics (internally and with our wholesale partners) Receive, and execute visual direction from VM for all Marketing/PR activations utilizing best resourcing, scheduling and labor source as available for timing of project. Provide necessary creative resource for the Creative Management team in elevating the store experience through propping/decorative elements. Collaborate with Brand Image Partners to resource, design and execute approved activations within the NYC flagships and/or approved market locations of NAWS. Scope of work to include direction, participation, and scheduling and "closure" of Marketing/PR driven wholesale activations and or store opening/blitz as applicable. Meet seasonally with Marketing Team to discuss sales strategy, marketing events, and shop opening/renovations. Serve as lead partner to Marketing and or Account stake holders in planning and-or execution needs of approved market activations and or in scheduled store installations. Partner with and serve as a liaison to secure strong relationships with department store management. Manage, track and communicate budget process for all activations driven by Marketing/PR. -Keeping Finance looped in along the process. Develop process and templates to monitor the decorative inventory, create library of information re: each store space/ environment, and serve as a liaison to store development team as needed. Approves all seasonal props including allocation. Partner with Creative Communications to provide any necessary concept inspiration, decorative information and direction as well as call out any merchandising tools for the seasonal directives and blue prints. Discuss local needs with the Creative Communications team. Confirm with the Creative Managers and timelines and scheduling as it pertains to propping or necessary collateral for which they should be aware. Review store floor plans with Creative Communications and RLSD to confirm that merchandising needs are met. Conduct walkthroughs with Creative Communications, Creative Managers and VP to evaluate creative/ decorative layers which would support any merchandising strategies and or initiatives in the NYC flagship stores.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.
• Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (i.e., evenings after 9 PM, and weekends).
• Project Management/Organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punch list, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction.
• Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with peers, supervisors and direct reports.
• General computer proficiency to include Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to understand RL aesthetic
