What you can expect:

  • Design and manage innovative products with attention to look, feel, price, function and sustainability (70% Trousers - 30% Outerwear)
  • Thematic and qualitative implementation of the season's trends for woven based on the briefing by Head of Design (Peter Bona), assuring the visibility of BOSS Green Athleisure DNA in each garment.
  • Guidance and coordination of the product development process internally and externally following up on the prototype realization from sketch to release of SMS.
  • Athleisure and Active concept to design to fulfil outerwear and trousers different features
  • Proactive development in execution of sketches, fabric direction and ideas as well as leading fitting sessions
  • Intensive collaboration with Concept Design, Brand Management, R&D Team, Collection Coordination, Pattern Design and Technical Developers.
  • Proactive strategic work environment in relation to processes, workflow, design and direction of the woven collection as a whole
  • Research of trends and innovation, benchmark analysis of competitors, store checks and market visits
  • Preparation, management and presentation of meetings as well as speaker
  • Implementation of the company's strategic guidelines, participation in workshops and projects


Your profile:

  • Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in design and managing active and leisure Trousers (Outerwear is a plus)
  • Knowledge in fabric technical features
  • Deep understanding in garment engineering, to be able to have efficient costs garment with high end details
  • Creative and efficient mindset, with well organized way of work
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strong Adobe and 3D experience (CLO Designer)
  • Windows user, with ability to work with Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • PLM experience achieved is a plus
  • Strong research, conceptual and creative skills
  • Strong product knowledge and detailed understanding of the creation process ability to work in a high quality demanding environment
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
