RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Lead and develop all production related processes and timelines from pre to post production on all seasonal shoots and project shoots ensuring all materials are delivered on time and to budget
• Produce small and large-scale productions by coordinating, holding and confirming all details of a photo shoot: studio, styling, locations, talent, crew, equipment, etc. for flawless, on-time productions.
• Ensure the timely supply and delivery of all seasonal assets to the business.
• Develop and maintain each photo production budget from start to finish - planning, reconciling jobs, providing estimates to partners, and working with finance to provide monthly reports on actuals to date on all productions. If the estimate comes under jeopardy, it will be your responsibility to support the team to find an appropriate solution to ensure the project remains within the set budget.
• Ensure seamless communication across internal and external teams throughout entire project.
• Oversee sample coordination and manage stylist deliverables and sign off
• You will be required to ensure all members of the team are consistently consulted and communicated with throughout the duration of the project.
• You will need to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, communicate with all of the key team members, and troubleshoot any potential issues regarding production flow or budget.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•  6-8 years of experience • Portfolio required of 360-degree digital campaigns, spanning video / stills / shows / experiential
• Knowledge of fashion industry
• Pre-existing relationships within the Australian fashion industry
• Impeccable attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
