This position will be responsible for coordinating all vendor relations functions for PVH Suppliers including the non-compliance program.


  • Evaluate all non-compliance charges issued by multiple PVH distribution centers and the ASN, Transportation, Trade Compliance & Finance departments
  • Initiate non-compliance charges for vendors and 3PLs not meeting PVH standards
  • Perform vendor non-compliance evaluations on suppliers resulting in recommendations for performance improvement
  • Understand and utilize various PVH Business operating systems to support issuing and investigating supplier compliance
  • Communicate with International and Domestic Transportation, distribution centers, merchandising departments, consolidators, freight forwarders and suppliers as necessary to resolve issues
  • Responsible for creation and distribution of monthly/quarterly/yearly compliance reporting and vendor measurement reports as required
  • Update logistics manuals and publish in PVH vendor portals
  • Compile and analyze data to generate vendor/factory scorecards
  • Update relative documentation to support distribution of vendor/factory scorecards
  • Support test validation of chargeback and scorecard systems changes
  • Update internal supporting documents (guides, SOPs, etc.)
  • Responsible for coordinating special exceptions requests



Experience: PC proficient, worked with Retail/Wholesale order systems, worked within an e-commerce environment. Warehouse processes knowledge preferred. 1-3 years of work experience

Education: College Degree is helpful, though not required.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced knowledge of Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP and Data Tables), detail-oriented, innovative, and excellent follow-up.
