Support the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager in planning and executing all marketing activities in the home market with a focus on brand, product, retail and wholesale marketing.

Working in collaboration with all global marketing & communications channels in the development of regional marketing plans.


· Work in partnership with the global marketing team to develop the marketing plan with a particular focus on Product, Brand, Retail & Wholesale Marketing

· Develop the UK brand marketing strategy in line with the central business goals, ensuring a customer centric approach is considered at every touchpoint

· Review seasonal global marketing plans and identify and implement locally relevant plans for the UK

· Ensure marketing are supporting and that stakeholders are aligned with key brand and commercial moments

· Work with Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to devise and implement strategic marketing plan with WHL partners that elevates positioning, engages customers and enhances commercial objectives

· Align brand marketing calendar with wholesale activities to support elevation strategies and maximize ROI

· Support 360 planning around special projects such as Pop ups, collaborations and local engagement programs with partners, hotels, agencies, etc

· Deliver best-in-class brand activation across KOLs & community partnerships, key retail partners and brand image events across the UK

· Execute partnership contracts to ensure ROI across all brand partners in the home market

· Devise and implement functional execution of direct-to-consumer tactical marketing plans to drive traffic and customer acquisition with focus on Flagship cities and stores

· Collaborate closely with customer insights team to identity traffic and sales trends year over year including brand tracker KPI's, tourism data and CRM metrics to analyse marketing effectiveness, maximize ROI and optimize planning


  • Solid previous relevant experience
  • Creatively driven and the ability to manage and develop a small team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Previous luxury marketing experience a plus
  • Awareness of the social and digital landscape
  • Interested in contemporary culture, industry innovations and new technologies
