Position Overview
Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) is a leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in four categories: apparel, home, accessories and fragrances. For more than 50 years, Ralph Lauren's reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets. This role will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing team in the development and execution of global brand campaigns for Ralph Lauren, with a focus on Polo Kids', Baby and Next Gen special projects. The primary objective of the role will be to support in the elevation of the Ralph Lauren brand around the world that will, in turn, continue to build sales across the business. Success in the role will come from developing a strong knowledge of the global markets, an in-depth understanding of the consumer and marketing landscape, implementation of the business strategies and the brand vision/direction as led by Mr. Lauren and the Design and Merchandising teams to create global strategies and stories that can then be adapted for optimal relevance across geographic regions and business channels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•Develop long term and seasonal global brand strategies for the Kid's and Baby portfolio - in support of brand, consumer, product and commercial goals.
•Collaborate with global merchandising and design teams to align seasonal product focus, consumer targeting and messaging to meet collective goals.
•Partner with cross-functional teams across Regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), Digital (Site, Social, Metaverse, Email, Search), PR, Media, Events, Retail/Stores, External Partners, Licensing etc. to plan and execute 360 campaigns.
•Leverage consumer data and insights, and market trends to identify short-term and long-term opportunities for the brand.
•Be a thought-leader for Kid's & next gen marketing - identifying consumer, channel & industry trends to continue to reaffirm Ralph Lauren's leadership position with Kid's.
•Manage creative briefing process for internal Agency team, managing the full process - brief development, scoping deliverables and product shot list (based on global product buys).
•Cultivate a partnership with creative and design/merchandising along with Agency/Social/Site to guide the development of creative and marketing concepts/storytelling that can be executed globally in a manner that is on brand and impactful for our target consumer and relevant platforms.
•Project manage seasonal End-to-End process and key marketing milestones and deadlines for the season.
•Clear, consistent, timely communication to regional and channel stakeholders of plans and, thereafter, changes to plans, including setting up consistent cross-functional working team weekly meetings and running agenda.
•Contribute to Next Gen strategies and programs - collaborating with Men's and Women's Polo marketing counterparts to strategize programs targeting teens at the intersection of Kid's and Men's/Women's Polo.
•Work across teams to contribute to and periodically update global marketing calendars to ensure all dates are accurate and reflected.
•Deliver global campaign recaps, tracking KPIs, results, learnings, and proposing opportunities for improvement.
•Compile budget tracking documents for specific campaigns & manage billing/invoices if needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Preferred experience in fashion and/or Kid's and next gen marketing.
* Demonstrated ability to manage 360 marketing campaigns, from strategic development to implementation to analysis.
* Knowledge and passion for kid's and next gen marketing, and appreciation for what makes kids and their parents dream.
* Genuine understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand.
* Proven innovator with fluency in digital/social media platforms.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
