HR Manager (Corporate)

The Human Resources Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties·

• Supervises human resources staff, including overseeing the daily workflow of the department
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
• Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Coordinates professional development, training and certification activities as needed
• Perform all other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of human resources management, preferably at least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong supervisory, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to quickly learn HRIS/ATS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel domestically required
