Job Details
John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.
Dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée déterminée, pour une durée de 3 à 6 mois, l'Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) Services Généraux aidera notre Maison à maintenir un environnement de travail sécurisé et performant en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
Ses missions comprendront entre autres :
- Suivre de manière proactive, en soutien de l'équipe des Services Généraux, tous les budgets concernés en coordination avec le Service Contrôle de Gestion et comptabilité
- Suivre les dépenses régulières et gérer les bons de commande en accord avec l'équipe
- Gérer et réapprovisionner les fournitures des bureaux
- Gérer le calendrier de l'ensemble des activités nécessaires à l'activité de l'équipe Services Généraux
- Participer à la collecte de tous les documents techniques et juridiques du service
Profil recherché :
- BAC, ou BAC+3
- Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel en plus du pack office
- Français et Anglais indispensables ( écrit et parlé)
- Expérience professionnelle en tant qu'assistant Services généraux ou dans un rôle similaire
- Formation en gestion ou dans une école technique
- Capacité de réflexion rapide en cas d'urgence
