The Team

The Ecommerce (Ecom) Team is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue to grow significantly. Furthermore, team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motivated and skilled as well as inspiring to work with.

As the owned and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth. One of the key pillars is to drive a more data-decision-driven culture within the team. Thus, we want to scale up our data and analytical capabilities. In addition, there are lots of projects running covering the entire Ecom value chain which will improve e.g. operational processes, bring innovations and new features, as well as investigate new market and business model opportunities.

The Position

The Ecommerce senior digital analyst position will be part of the Ecom Analytics department, supporting both brand teams, cross-functionally with all data and analytics needs. The senior digital analyst will report to the Ecom Director of Analytics and will be the go-to person/ subject matter expert in the Analytics team regarding digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the key partner to Site merchandising, content, and CX teams in the business to support defining analytics needs and building all relevant reports & analysis to support these teams to drive a data-driven decision making approach
  • Create easy-to-interpret, visual dashboards based on reporting requirements and own insights.
  • Build analysis and drive insights, using click stream data, in combination with other data sources to help build an understanding of the product and consumer purchase behaviors
  • Be responsible to drive constant self-service improvements, helping spread data knowledge across teams, and ensuring access and understanding of key web analytics tools
  • Support tracking and tagging efforts, working closely with agency partners to update and improvement of the data layer and data tracking
  • Be the key counterpart for the marketing analytics team to ensure coordination and alignment on data and data usage


The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related work experience in a similar field
  • Previous experience in Ecom (D2C, B2C); fashion industry is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or other dashboarding tools.
  • Medium to strong proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience working with digital data on Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • Python/R experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and who can work independently.
  • Analytical and result orientated mindset
