The PVH Region North HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding Associate experience. Working at pace, the HR Operations team lead operational excellence for our People.

We are currently recruiting for an HR Operations Specialist - Retail (UK and Ireland), to be based in our head office in London. They will be responsible for leading the team of HR Coordinators that provide HR Operations support to the Retail teams. This team plays a critical role in defining the experience of our Retail Associates. Delivering exceptional service & support to our associates and people managers with the aim to increase efficiency, service and engagement.

Reporting into the Senior Manager HR Operations - Region North, this role will deliver operational excellence across the Retail people processes in UK and Ireland. Pairing detailed HR knowledge with a service mindset, this role delivers core HR services while constantly driving a culture of trust and accountability, process/product improvement; providing advice to Managers where necessary.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing day to day leadership and management to the HR Co-ordinators in the Retail team to deliver an outstanding employee experience
  • Delivering customer service excellence by ensuring processes are executed to the highest standards and quality by the team
  • Owning and leading the execution of people processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payment.
  • Developing the team to be the subject matter experts for all people process related questions/issues/matters, including employment contracts.
  • Facilitating the processes behind key employee life cycle events (onboarding, benefits, compensation, annual leave, off-boarding, wellbeing) and personal lifecycle events (e.g. time-off, becoming a parent, career breaks)


We are looking for an experienced HR professional with previous experience in a similar role. You must have excellent organisational and prioritization skills. You must also have previous experience of using HRIS systems like Workday and Servicenow.
