We are looking for a Junior Manager Art Direction(m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Understanding and visualising the creative direction for BOSS and HUGO as set by the Head of Creative Content and senior members of the team
• Delivering on brand moodboards, reference films and talent boards for smaller projects through research and understanding the direction of the brand
• Assist on delivering agency standard treatment packs for medium and large size projects under the guidence of the senior members of the team
• On set shooting execution for small projects. Ensure the concept is delivered as expected and leading the photographer and the rest of the team
• Working closely with the Content Production team to ensure all campaigns are delivered within the set budget and time allocation
• Graphical execution of completed assets, ensuring all departments have the assets required to ensure the project is delivered to it's maximum potential (digital communications and exporting the final assets in line with all business and corporate requirements)
• Awareness and conciousness of the design landscape of other brands and design in general through research
• Day to day assisting the senior members of the team

Your profile:

• Degree in Fashion, Art or Design
• Proficient in CS6-Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience in agile workflows with international teams
• Self-motivation and 100% team player
• Strong multi-tasking capability
• Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills (English is mandatory)
• Organizational Talent + React to short term deadlines
