E-commerce Director

We are searching for an E-commerce Director who will join our team in this new role for us and take our ecommerce direction to the next level.

What will you do

• Lead the E-commerce Team to drive The-Sleepercom and Farfetch sales
• Be responsible for all digital sales drivers, including PPC strategy, promo calendar and assortment layout
• Prepare, closely monitor and control hitting D2C sales targets
• Build the D2C growth strategy, tailored for geographical markets
• In collaboration with Marketing build an efficient D2C customer journey
• Increase the client retention by introducing loyalty programs
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure the activities are set to support the best possible awareness
• Ensure the website is up-to-date and newness is introduced on a consistent basis
• Work closely with Merchandising to maximize the D2C sell-through

About you

• 5+ years experience in Fashion or Luxury E-commerce
• Excellent knowledge of digital sales drivers in luxury fashion
• Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels
• Strategic mindset
• Proven results of increasing online sales
• Incredibly attentive to details and striving to provide the first-class customer experience
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Able to multi-task and manage cross-team communication
• Understanding of technical e-commerce roadmap is a plus
