For our international Customer Service Team /Customer Care Team based in Metzingen, we are looking for temporary full-time support for the high season starting in November for the duration of 3 months.

What you can expect:

  • Support and advice for our European end customers (online and retail) by telephone and e-mail (inbound)
  • Independently and on your own responsibility answering many different requests of our customers with a view to highest customer satisfaction
  • Processing the enquiries of our Marketplace Partners
  • Working in shifts (alternating early and late shifts Monday-Saturday between 7:00 - 20:00)

Your profile:

  • Ideally first work experience in customer service, customer care or as a call center agent
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Very good language skills in German or English, another european language is a plus
  • Technical affinity and good knowledge of common hardware and software (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, Browser)
  • Structured way of working, solution-oriented thinking as well as prioritisation and coordination skills
  • Intercultural competencies and strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
