FIGS is looking for a seasonal Embroidery Clerk that will help track embroidery orders between our 3PL and third party embroidery vendors. The Embroidery Clerk will track the order status from our third party vendors and help ensure gifts are scanned and tracked. In this role, you must be flexible and open to adjusting your schedule as business needs and times may shift. You will need to have a car or form of transportation to visit each location that is part of this process. The role will report to our Director of Embroidery Production.

What you'll be doing:
  • Organizing orders that come through our exception area for personalization needs
  • Tracking batches of orders by scanning jobs in and out of the station
  • Separating gift orders, assembling boxes, and printing gift notes
  • Tracking and stocking supplies for the embroidery station
  • Printing gift notes and rushing orders
  • Working with our CX team to communicate any issues or resolve adjustment requests
  • Auditing items on orders for accuracy
  • Pushing, rushing, and organizing carts with gifts up to 60 pounds
  • Supporting the Quality Control department when needed

  • Bilingual - not required, but beneficial
  • Highly organized self-starter, proficient in the use of PC/MS office suite
  • Form of transportation to visit each location
