Job Description: Beauty Brand Communications Assistant

Conti Communications is hiring a Beauty Brand Communications Assistant to work across prestigious luxury beauty, skincare and wellness brands. 

Reporting to the Brand Communications Coordinator and Director, the Beauty Brand Communications Assistant will have a central role in the coordination, organization, and execution of our PR and Communications activities for the agency's Beauty clients.

We are looking for highly motivated, organized, thoughtful and detail oriented candidates to join our growing team. 

The Beauty Brand Communications Assistant will help: 

- Compile client reporting

- Manage PR sample and image requests

- Liaise with editors, press and KOL’s on behalf of the agency's beauty clients. 

The Brand Communications Assistant will liaise with our clients in order to ensure that we have all necessary assets from images, pricing, samples.

The Brand Communications Assistant will assist in the organization of our agency press days and client events.

The Brand Communications Assistant will assist on strategic editorial and influencer gifting. 

The Brand Communications Assistant will oversee the maintenance of our contacts database, ensuring it is up to date and includes all latest US Beauty Media changes, as well as maintaining an updated database of Hair, Make-Up artists and wellness practitioners.

The Brand Communications Assistant will be a central member of the team, managing junior freelancers and interns.

The Brand Communications Assistant will attend new business meetings when required. The Brand Communications Assistant is a representative of not only Conti Communications, but of all its clients.
