Job description:

  • All reception duties; including switchboard, couriers and visitors
  • Creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety
  • Ensuring general office, showroom and fabric cupboard environment is kept tidy and presentable at all times
  • Managing building maintenance contracts (eg. Cleaning, Alarm, City of London, Fire, Electrical Testing, First Aid, Gardening)
  • Managing both office and remote storage.
  • Assisting with HR matters (keys, fobs mainly new starters / leavers / maintenance changes - email addresses) 
  • Providing support to Creative Director, personal dressing, drafting emails, creating faceboards 
  • Facilitating senior management meetings and VIP guests
  • Managing all matters relating to Health & Safety
  • Managing office supplies and stationery
  • Managing business phone and email accounts
  • Compiling the Company Monthly Newsletter
  • Planning team events, celebrations and the staff Christmas party, Birthdays, leaving celebrations in office
  • Sending points for the Managers Meeting 


  • Office Newspapers and Magazines 
  • Send outs and Shipments 
  • Assisting with archiving the collection 

Fashion Week Role: 

  • Supporting Creative team internal and external
  • Outreach for Sponsorships
  • Organising Catering - PD 
  • Arranging late night transport, taxis. etc (styling & casting teams)
  • Arranging show logistics
  • Packing collection
  • Travelling with collection prior to the show, unpacking and setting up at the venue
  • Arranging front of house at venue, seating numbers, credit sheets.
  • Any other ad hoc support where required
