Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning Analyze the 360° performance of Ralph Lauren media digital activities (paid social, display, programmatic). Optimize and challenge with media agency all digital campaigns performances across all markets and channels . Work closely with business omnichannel teams to understand business performance, build forecast, weekly performance tracker and optimize media ROI Ensure the production of documented, relevant and regular analysis of Ralph Lauren digital activities' performances, and provide recommendations Build an European digital data & tech strategy and roadmap with the Digital Media Director for all Ralph Lauren brands working closely with the ecommerce team and the media agency. Work with digital intelligence tool to make data-driven decisions about how we can achieve business objectives. Develop and analyze customer and acquisition knowledge to build insights for campaign and business optimization Key Responsibilities Act as the key day to day point of contact between the different European stakeholders to boost performances: Media Agency, Ecommerce Team, and CRM Team Creating simple and maintainable dashboards, reports or presentations to communicate the findings to business users Partner with our data science teams to make sure our work is consistent according to business needs Understand business objectives, translate them into common KPIs, dashboards and reports to feed different teams & profiles of users. Make onboarding and profiling of our European customers database Develop and implement business tools & tech to optimize insights and performances Provide insight and recommendations on digital reporting best practices working closely with the digital coordinator.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience 3+ years of experience in performance media, in agency or advertiser Master degree level, Business School/Engineer School Web analytics tools (Excel, Adobe, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics ....) Proficient in Power Query Soft skills Ability to understand business needs Pragmatic and capable of solving complex issues Good communication Push innovative solutions Service-oriented, flexible & team player Self-motivated, take initiative Attention to detail & technical intuition Hard skills Experience in data analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to presentation, detail and accuracy Data modeling and visualization skills Proven experience on building reporting database Strong capacity to develop consistent & clear analysis English Fluent
