POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Assist with planning and executing the brand's social and digital marketing activities
  • Launch and maintaining CRM program and related activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support to all retail marketing related activations.
  • Assist to plan, formulate and implement integrated 360 marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion
  • Initiate and execute creative marketing campaigns via social media activities, CRM marketing & digital marketing, retail events, content development
  • Responsible for CRM events, campaign, implement CRM initiatives
  • Manage customer loyalty program and engagement activitie
  • Explore new channels for promotion and partnership opportunities
  • Track & analyze metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives or campaigns
  • Manage and work with vendors/agencies for events and marketing campaigns
  • Assist with digital marketing team for website maintenance, layouts and content
  • Work with internal and external parties, for example, Retail Operations team, visual merchandising team and department store partners to achieve business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 4 years-experience in digital and retail marketing, familiar with CRM systems and data analysis. Fashion retail is preferred.
  • Excellent English writing, speaking, listening and reading skills
  • Good fashion sense and creativity, always up to speed with market trends
  • Highly organized, self-starter, who works well independently but can be a team player
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs and dynamic retail environment, ability to think of the box
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
