We are currently looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading the Region North Shared Services and HR Operational teams including our People Advisory, HR Operations and Payroll teams. Serving approximately 2000 Associates across office and retail locations in UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Nordics, this is multi-faceted role focused on both driving alignment across the region and inspiring a 'one team' approach.

Reporting into the VP of HR, Region North (UK, Ireland, Nordics & Netherlands) and working closely with the HR Transformation Director, Region North, this role will deliver operational excellence and simplification across our HR people services hub. There is also the opportunity to work in close partnership with our central European Head Office and European wide counterparts.

Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Provide day to day leadership and management to a team of HR professionals that deliver outstanding employee experience to over 2000 associates, and operational excellence across the UK, Ireland Netherlands & Nordics.
  • Ensure employee queries are resolved within the highest standards and quality by the team. The leader will drive service excellence ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Team leadership includes establishing strong record management, fully leveraging current systems infrastructure, an understanding of process creation, and improvement across the shared service function.
  • Leveraging effective recruitment, training, coaching, team building and succession planning to build an engaged team.
  • Working with the HR Transformation Director, identify new ways of working and processes to drive a more efficient payroll process and payroll procedures.


We are looking for someone who has previous experience of leading complex, multi-market European across a number of HR disciplines. You must be highly organized, with exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities. Previous experience using enterprise scale HRIS and HR case management systems - ideally Workday & ServiceNow are also essential.
