To strengthen the Global Visual Merchandising team, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager Visual Merchandising Products (m/f/d). The position is temporary as maternity cover for 18 months. A highly motivated department of real team players is looking forward to your application.

The Project Manager VM Products will report into the Head of Global Visual Merchandising within Global Retail.
In this position you will work, together with Store/Window Design as well as with the Project Manager(s) of the Execution team on the development and roll-out of the VM Products, such as mannequins, displays and hangers and several VM props, to strengthen the storytelling of our collections.
Furthermore, you will precise the matrices of all VM Products for Store/Shop openings and (double) check the calculation and advise the local VM teams on key openings.
An excellent knowledge of global VM trends within the premium lifestyle segment as well as working in an international retail and wholesale environment across multiple regions is an absolute must-have.

What you can expect:

  • Project management for the DCC/SSL project (Density Capacity Calculation and Store Structure List) for new and existing store designs and new key openings, in close collaboration with Store/Window Design and Execution team as well as with Store Space Allocation
  • VMP's (Visual Merchandising Products) development and calculation of all VM props, hangers and mannequins, in close collaboration with Store/Window Design
  • Lead and/or support these projects and instruct all involved in a timely manner and within budget


Your profile:

  • A great team player with strong communication competencies, also being able to motivate others and moderate delicate or complex topics in a professional manner in a diverse environment
  • Affinity with store design and instore fashion display
  • Intercultural curiosity
  • Having a modern and flexible work ethic and being able to finish projects with fast paced lead times in a solution-oriented way
  • Experience with VM projects and processes within a premium fashion/lifestyle brand is a pre
  • Proven knowledge of various distribution channels in both retail and wholesale, such as: Stores, Shop-in-Shops, Outlets and Airport stores (Travel Retail)
  • Fluent knowledge and understanding of English language, both in verbal and written, a great understanding of German language is a pre
  • MS Office skills: software skill set in MicroSoft Excel is an absolute must
